Shinrin-yoku Necklace

Shinrin-yoku is the Japanese ritual of forest bathing or “taking in the forest atmosphere” .

The pendant is designed as a tubular with a fragrance stick soaked in the essential oil (Hiba & Patchouli). 10 replacement sticks are included.

Aroma: Herbaceous, earthy, woody

Hiba is a slow-growing, long lived Japanese cedar. For centuries, Hiba wood has been using in the construction of important cultural heritages, including Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples, as its natural antibacterial and insect-repellent properties. Hiba aroma has a complex, smoky, wood scent.

Patchouli oil has a strong, slightly sweet and spicy scent, reminiscent of the earthiness akin to the aroma that comes from wet soil. it can relieve anxiety, stress, and depression as its rich chemical properties can have a calming and balancing effect on emotions.

You can use it with your own perfume or aroma oil as well.
